This clarification text has been prepared within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, in order to inform the people who use our website and contact us.

3. Processing purposes
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to bid requests
- Evaluation of B2B business partnership applications, account and session management
- Carrying out product, production, shipment and after-sales processes

- Fulfillment of legal obligations and management of legal requests
4. Legal reasons
Your data is processed based on the following reasons in the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK: the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. For situations requiring explicit consent (for example, sending commercial electronic messages), your explicit consent is also obtained.
5. Collection method
Your data; It is collected by automatic or partially non-automatic methods through the offer on our website, B2B application and contact forms, correspondence via e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp.
6. Transfer of data
Your personal data, limited to the above purposes; It can be shared with the relevant units and branches within Gold Umbrella, our business partners, suppliers, hosting and infrastructure service providers, and, where permitted by the legislation, authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. When the nature of your request requires, sharing may also include our branches and business partners abroad.
7. Storage period
Your data is stored for the period required by the purpose of processing and stipulated in the relevant legislation; After the expiration of the period, it is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous.
8. Your rights under KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data owner, you have the following rights:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed or not
- If it has been processed, request information about it
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
- Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the legislation
- Requesting correction, deletion and destruction to be notified to third parties to whom the data is transferred
- Object to a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively with automatic systems
- Requesting compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to illegal processing
